About the speaker: Samantha has over 10 years of experience in the ambulatory space spanning both business office and clinical roles. She received her BSN from California State University, Fullerton and is currently working on obtaining her MSN in Healthcare Leadership from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Over the time she has been with SCA Health Sam has held roles in quality, infection control, and nearly every position in a GI facility – working her way up from admissions, billing, procedure room nursing, charge nurse and now Clinical Quality Manager at a multispecialty surgery center. She serves as a resource to nurses from other facilities in her region, providing training and insight to quality and infection control nurses who are new to their roles.
