About the speaker: Crissy Benze is a Registered Nurse and Senior Consultant at VMG Health, with over 18 years of clinical nursing experience, including 17 years focused on outpatient surgery. She specializes in facility documentation, accreditation, Medicare certification, regulatory compliance, and staff training. With hands-on experience in pre-op, PACU, and the operating room, Crissy brings valuable insights into the complexities of outpatient surgery.
